14-Day Policy

Any request for a return or refund must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days will be automatically denied.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR:

• Items returned after 14 days.
• Damaged items of any kind, including damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse.
• Items returned without original tags attached.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
• Items with odors, stains, marks, pet hair, lint, or signs of use.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or drops.
• Incorrect sizing or dissatisfaction with fit.
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
• Delayed shipping caused by the carrier.
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

FIT & SIZING DISCLAIMER:

All sizing information is provided as a reference only. Fit issues or preference-based complaints do not qualify for refunds or returns. Oversized or baggy fits are intentional design choices.

DAMAGED GOODS:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damaged items, including damage discovered after opening the package. Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.

FULFILLMENT ERRORS:

The only situation where a resolution may be considered is if the wrong item was sent due to a confirmed fulfillment error on our end. To be considered, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery, provide proof of purchase, and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

NO EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

RETURN SHIPPING:

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned exactly as received.

FINAL DECISION:

All return, refund, and dispute decisions are final. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not fully comply with this policy.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy may result in a permanent ban from future purchases and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
